INGREDIENTS
100% Organic Chamomile Flowers
PREPARATION
1 tbsp
195°F
4-5 minutes
8 oz
Add 1 tbsp of tea to a small teapot (8oz).
Use 195°F water.
Infuse for 4-5 minutes and decant.
Repeat for another 2 infusions.
